Purpose/Mission: to promote positive human growth through respect, responsibility, trust, caring, and community. New opportunities are pursued to uphold and restore dignity, provide education, and promote self-sufficiency.

Goals: to serve as a “hub” for services, resources, and programs in order to build a strong, vibrant, healthy community in Eastern El Paso County and to strategically promote, implement and sustain change in the community through collaborative partnerships.
